1. How can I check the status of my order?

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
US Orders: Typically, orders will arrive within 7-12 business days.
International Orders: Delivery times for international orders can take between 10-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing.
3. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for all countries or products.
4. Why does my order ship from different locations?
As a dropshipping business, we source our products from various suppliers across the globe. Depending on the product, it may be shipped from our US warehouse or our China warehouse, which could lead to multiple shipments. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
5. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@clothual.com. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is in processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. What if my product is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process to resolve the issue.

As a dropshipping store, we partner with trusted suppliers to fulfill your orders. When you make a purchase on Clothual, we forward your order details to the supplier, who then ships the product directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products without the need to hold inventory.
